My research interests pertain to early childhood pedagogies, philosophy with children, and the field of curriculum studies. I am interested in the role of affect in teaching and learning. My research is situated in urban contexts and is community-based. Educational methods that appeal to studies of affect, such as research-creation, arts-based and visual methodologies are also of interest.
