Bio

Lori George is wolf clan from Oneida Nation, belonging to the Haudenosaunee Confederacy.

Lori joined the Office of Indigenous Education in the role of the Indigenous Education Program Coordinator. Her educational background includes an Honors B.A. in First Nations Studies with a minor in Psychology from Western University, along with an accounting diploma from Fanshawe College. 

She is a strong advocate for decolonization through Indigenous Education. She is also a proud co-creator of the Indigenous Student Centre’s wampum and logo at Western University, which encompasses the Indigenous Student Centers guiding principles.
